Senior Site Manager

We are recruiting for a Senior Site Manager / Project Manager to join a well-established building contractor, managing multi-million-pound projects across commercial, educational, industrial, leisure, health, and social housing sectors.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, managing site teams and subcontractors.
• Act as the main client interface, ensuring strong relationships and clear communication.
• Drive projects to completion, managing costs and risks effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Required Skills & Experience :

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and trades.

Up-to-date knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.

Relevant qualifications (CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, etc.).
