Job descriptionAssist customers in identifying and selecting the correct parts for their vehicles Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure parts are properly stocked Process orders and handle transactions with accuracy and efficiency Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely delivery of parts Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and stay informed about new parts and accessories Previous experience working within the Parts department Have a strong mechanical background Have strong organisation skills Have the ability to prioritise workload Have good English and Maths skills Working 5 out of 7 (guaranteed Sunday and 1 weekday off) Weekdays : 8 : 30am-6pm Saturday : 9am – 5pm 28,000 p / a (£32,000 OTE)
