Team Leader - Physiotherapist - Health & Community Care

The shift pattern for this position is Monday to Friday 9-5.

This post offers the exciting opportunity to work as a Team leader within the Integrated Adult Services working closely with the 4 Senior Social Workers and 3 health team leads. The role provides the opportunity to maintain clinical skills whilst managing and leading the physiotherapists within Adult services and other AHPs within the team.
