This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in one of London's most exclusive serviced apartment complexes, maintaining exceptional standards across a 1.7-acre development featuring 201 luxury residences.Key Details

• Schedule : 4 days on, 4 days off rotation
• Hours : 7 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 PM
• Employment Type : Full-time, direct hire (in-house)
• Location : Knightsbridge, LondonCompensation Package
• Base Salary : £47,300 per annum
• Probation Completion Bonus : £2,500

• Proven experience in building engineering or facilities management
• Minimum qualifcations NVQ 2 level or equivalent.
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems and maintenance
• Professional approach and excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with high-end residential properties preferredResponsibilities
• Maintain and monitor building systems and equipment
• Respond to resident maintenance requests promptly and professionally
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance PPMs
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers when necessary
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities : Plant roooms, distribution board panels, emergency lighting and other installation.
