Job descriptionAgile working (the opportunity to work from home, subject to commitments) Carers’ leave (up to five paid days’ leave towards caring responsibilities) 25 days’ annual leave entitlement and the opportunity to purchase or roll over 5 days. Role Overview
As a CRM Technical Specialist, you’ll streamline our CRM processes to enhance business performance. You’ll manage daily operations, guide CRM strategy, and support project implementation.

- Proficiency in CRM technology to support all firm levels.
- Management of efficient data processes for optimal business data.
- Leadership of our CRM training program, ensuring timely and effective training.
- Support for system integrations, process automation, and enhancements.
- Contribution to a CRM strategy that supports client development and engagement.
- Technical CRM knowledge, including data integration.
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
- Project management skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.
- Strong collaboration and influence across the firm.
