Deputy Housing Manager (Retirement Community)
Hours : 37.5 hours per week
Salary : up to 27500 per annum
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Deputy Housing Manager to support our clients retirement community. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with older people exceptional customer service skills and the ability to effectively lead staff in creating a positive resident experience.
What Were Looking For
- Previous housing experience
- Previous housing experience in a retirement community setting
- Proven ability to motivate and lead staff in a customer service environment
- Experience in achieving Key Performance Indicators and ensuring contractual compliance
- Proficiency in collecting analysing and acting on customer feedback
- Strong communication skills with staff residents and other key stakeholders
- Great customer service skills
