AVEDA - Salon Admin Assistant (London)

Position Title : Salon Channel Executive

Reports to : Commercial Manager – Salon Channel, dotted line to Aveda LSS General Manager

Location : Aveda Lifestyle Spa & Salon base location, with 1-2 days at Fitzroy Place Office

The Salon Channel Executive is responsible for providing key administrative support for the Salon Development Partners and Aveda LSS. Along with providing statistical and analytical reporting to the Commercial Manager – Salon Channel, in order to gain data insights and assess risks and opportunities within the channel.

Key responsibilities include :

Administration Lead

  • Support Commercial Manager – Salon Channel, across administration tasks
  • Drive excellence in execution including stock management
  • Be a point of contact for Irish Distribution on executing business
  • Processing Salon orders in collaboration with ELC Orders
  • Complete A-Commerce Commission
  • Update Monthly Salon Statements

Salon Performance Support

  • Build and maintain Salon Performance Sheets & Opportunity Dashboard
  • Build and monitor Forecast Documents
  • Lead and drive efficiency in Salon opening Contracts via Docu-Sign
  • Work with Commercial Manager on SDP Area projections
  • Update Commission tracking
  • New Business Support

  • Analyse salon prospect tracking
  • Coordinate Prospect Kits sends
  • Use AI to support SDPs on New Salon Leads
  • Manage Join Aveda Call Communication
  • Qualifications

  • Excellent IT skills – Including Microsoft Office, Proficient in Excel, SAP & Power BI.
  • Analytical with a passion for business and numbers
  • Exceptional ability to extract strategic insights from data
  • Inquisitive with strong attention to detail
  • Sales experience (preferably in a B2B setting, but not necessary)
  • Proven collaborator across a range of stakeholder levels
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills – written and oral
  • Proven success in managing and / or completing multiple tasks and priorities
  • You will be able to present confidently
  • Comfortable and capable in managing large data sets
