Salary – Up to £55k per annum + Commission + Benefits

Reporting to Sales Director

Based in Hampshire (Hybrid Working with minimal National Travel)

We're seeking a talented individual to join us as Sales Manager, overseeing a dedicated team of 10 across two businesses. Our client is a market leader with an established training business and a growing sister company and are leading voices in their industry and have a customer centric culture with a commitment to delivering exceptional services and exceeding customer requirements. With these two thriving businesses under their umbrella, they are poised for exponential growth, and need a strong sales manager to drive our sales initiatives forward and deliver and add to a strong sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and collective targets.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
  • Drive a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales team.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within a multi-business environment.
  • Strong track record of delivering results through effective sales strategies and team management.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for driving business growth and innovation.
