Are you a dedicated Performance Coach with a focus on embedding and continually improving skills, adding value to the service by ensuring individuals are working at their full potential, aligned with service goals, which in turn will enhance the quality, efficiency, and consistency of service delivery?
You will support the development of Durham County Council’s Transactional and Customer Services function working closely with the service’s management team focusing on supporting them to achieve the highest standards of management, leadership, and service delivery.
In this rewarding role, you will ensure that progress is monitored and reported on appropriately to the Transactional and Customer Services Senior Management Team and other key stakeholders, taking action to ensure any risk to delivery is reported and acted upon.

What will I need?
NVQ level 3 or equivalent demonstrable experience in a performance coaching and development environment.
Evidence of continuing professional development.
You will have experience of performance coaching and delivery of development activity along with coordinating streams of work.
Your essential skills and knowledge will include understanding of performance management techniques and measures.
