Role Description

Join Our Team - Female Support Worker - Driver's Only

Location : Ferndown, Dorset

Salary : £12.21 per hour plus benefits.

Hours : 14-hour shifts from 7.30am to 9.30pm, Shifts available Monday to Sunday on a shift rota basis

Contract : Part-time, casual (additional hours up to full time may be available).

Driving Requirement : A valid full UK driving license is essential for this role.

Right to Work : Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any skilled worker visas.

Essential Criteria

You will demonstrate exposure to the following areas of expertise :

• Moderate Learning Disabilities, Epilepsy and Mental Health (Trauma)
• Behaviours that Challenge (Physical, Verbal and Self-Harm)
• Positive Behaviour Support
• Compassion and Resilience
• Hold a UK Driving Licence
