Role Overview :
This is a fantastic opportunity for a caring , energetic , and innovative individual to join our nursery team!
We are looking for full-time practitioners who can bring creativity , passion , and a positive attitude to their role. As an Early Years Practitioner , you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of care and education for children, following the EYFS curriculum and safeguarding procedures .
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver high-quality childcare and early years education to children aged 0-5 years
- Implement engaging and creative teaching methods to stimulate learning and development
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum
- Create and maintain a safe , supportive , and nurturing environment for children
- Actively promote positive child development and behaviour management strategies
- Build meaningful relationships with children , parents , and colleagues
- Ensure the nursery meets all safeguarding standards and health and safety regulations ️
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Have :
A minimum Level 2 qualification in Early Years Education, Childcare, Teaching and Learning, or a related fieldPrevious experience in a nursery or childcare setting, or currently enrolled in a relevant childcare courseA strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development principlesA natural enthusiasm for working with children and a passion for delivering excellent care and educationStrong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with children, parents, and the team ️A positive , proactive attitude towards problem-solving and continuous improvementWhat We Offer :
