Mobile Electrical Engineer - FM Service Provider - Berkshire, Hertfordshire and South Bucks - Up to £45,000
Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in Berkshire, Hertfordshire and South Bucks . CBW are currently recruiting a mobile Electrical Engineer to be based on a mixed commercial & residential contract. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a proven track record in commercial / property building maintenance. He or she will be required to carry out M&E planned and reactive maintenance.
Key duties & Responsibilities
- Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution)
- Emergency lighting
- Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
- Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
- Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
- BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
- General building fabric
- Monitor mechanical plant
