Salary / Rate of pay : £16.00 to £21.00 per hour (including holiday)

Platinum Recruitment support several Hospitality Venues across Brockenhurst and The New Forest, working in a number of different venues such as hotels, restaurants, sporting events and contract catering roles. We are looking for skilled, professional chefs to put out on assignment to our loyal clients.

Average hourly rate -

• Chef De Partie - From £17.00 (including holiday)
• Sous Chef - From £19.00 (including holiday)
• Head Chef - from £21.00 (including holiday)
