Lead Social Worker Mental Health - Barnet

Barnet - Lead Practitioner - Adults Mental Health - Customer FinanceHave responsibility for managing a small, complex caseload.

• Conduct Mental Capacity Act assessments in line with statutory guidance and ensuring adults are provided with the opportunity to demonstrate capacity wherever possible.
• Completion of relevant Court of Protection documents.
• Liaise closely with the Debt Team to establish Debt repayment. Please see job description attached.
