Children's Support Worker

Join Our Team – Children and Young People Support WorkersFirst Call Healthcare Bespoke is looking to recruit Children and Young People Support Workers to provide exceptional care and support to young people with a wide range of complex needs. This includes behavioural issues, challenging behaviour, drug and alcohol misuse, sexual exploitation, and various forms of abuse.Your RoleAs a Children and Young People Support Worker, you will :

• Provide high-quality care in line with individual care plans
• Promote independence and support daily living skills
• Carry out domestic duties as required
• Escort young people to appointments and community activities
• Assist with money management
• Liaise with multi-disciplinary professionals
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately
• Have knowledge of EDT procedures and follow protocols when contacting them
