We are looking to grow our permanent Customer Service team with positions based in our Bredbury Site, which will see you working permanently working on site.

Here at Concentrix + Webhelp, we are seeking people who will engage with customers to understand their goals, challenges & needs. As part of your role, you’ll be helping customers who are having technical issues with their services. Each call can be very different. You might be helping people to understand their bills, getting them back online when their connection goes down, or talking them through our products and how to use them.

    • What we need from you :

  • Fully Flexible to work shifts between 7 : 45am - 9pm between Monday to Friday and between 7 : 45am - 8pm, Saturday and Sunday.
  • Thrive on being part of a team, whilst also working on your own initiative as required
  • Up to date smart phone - IOS 14 or above / Android 10 or above.
  • We require 100% attendance to training to ensure you are fully prepared for your role.
