    The Role :

  • As our Bar Manager you'll be responsible for managing bar operations in the M&E space
  • Ensuring that you and your team are trained in product knowledge, exceptional guest service
  • Under the direction of the F&B Director
  • Manage and maintain bar operations
  • Engage, recruit, manage, train, and develop the Bar team
  • Drive sales to maximize budgeted revenue
  • Accountable for monthly stock takes
  • Incentivise team members to maximize sales and revenue
  • Set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures
  • Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Ensure communication meetings are conducted and post-meeting minutes generated
  • Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
