We are now looking to appoint a student support worker to join our direct entry team supporting students aged 14-16.
Our new Student Support Worker will provide support, motivation and guidance to help students overcome obstacles they face in their lives to help them build a better future for themselves. Individuals who feel that they can take on this role should be able to demonstrate a passion for working with and supporting young people with a range of personal, social and emotional challenges. Having experience of working in this area would be an advantage but is not essential. All applicants must be able to demonstrate their commitment to providing an outstanding learning environment, where learners are supported to personalise and self-direct their own learning.
