Provide leadership to senior managers, managers and / or high-level professionals based on organizational goals and company direction
Determine organizational objectives and divisional plans in line with divisional strategy
Interpret, execute, and recommend modifications to policies
Drive results of part of a division or region that has an impact on the company
Travel to company meetings, conferences, events and client sites as required
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience
Extensive experience working in Field Sales or Account Management or other equivalent experience
Ability to work without appreciable direction and to be evaluated based on executing against defined plans and strategy
Experience leading in a highly matrixed organization
