Job Description
We are recruiting for Production Cell Leaders to work with the award winning food factory ProPak Foods based in Malton (YO17.
Full UK driving license required Due to the location and working hours. Easily commutable from Scarborough York Whitby Bridlington Driffield and surrounding areas.
Working hours : Monday to Friday rotating shifts :
- 5 : 30 am 2 : 00 pm
- 1 : 45 pm 10 : 15 pm
Position type : Genuine temporary to permanent opportunity for the right candidate.
Role Responsibilities :
Management Information Systems : Maintain systems to aid the management and reporting of KPIs including Effective Labour Utilisation and Stock Control Management.Team Competency : Ensure all team members demonstrate their competency by undertaking relevant assessments and competency reviews.Production Plan : Ensure the agreed production plan is executed safely on time and in full maintaining high food safety standards minimising waste managing yields and producing highquality products.Performance Reporting : Report on yield quality volume and cycle time detailing reasons for any failure to meet standards.Workplace Maintenance : Ensure designated areas are well maintained clean and safe.Incident Reporting : Report all incidents and unsafe conditions contributing to investigations and followup actions as necessary.Housekeeping Standards : Maintain and set high housekeeping standards within designated areas.Manufacturing Systems : Work on advanced manufacturing and work order management systems.Support : Know when to seek support from your Area Operations Manager.Requirements :
Experience in a fastpaced food manufacturing environment.Proven team leadership experience.Ability to take ownership and accountability for your team.Proactive and positive approach.Flexible reliable and accountable.Strong teamworking and motivational skills.Can do attitude with the ability to work confidently without direct supervision.Good understanding of English and maths.Experience in highvolume fastpaced environments.Passion for highquality fresh food.Benefits :
