• Placing orders & expediting, ensure on time delivery of materials
• Manage MRP / MPS / SIC
• Develop strong working partnerships with suppliers
• Monitor supplier inventory levels
• Reduce costs and lead timesRequirements
• Experienced Buyer ideally with previous buying experience in an engineering / manufacturing environment
• Good knowledge of MRP - materials resource planning
• Ideally qualifications in Materials management
• Already living in Droitwich area...
