An exciting opportunity has arisen for two Senior Product Design Engineers to join an award-winning manufacturer based in Derbyshire. The client is looking for hands-on, creative design engineers who can drive innovation while ensuring designs are optimised for efficient manufacture, particularly in PVCu extrusion processes.

Overview

As a Senior Product Design Engineer, you will play a key role in developing cutting-edge fenestration products (windows, doors, bi-fold doors, conservatories, decking and garden rooms) , setting new standards in design, performance, and functionality. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that designs are not only innovative but also optimised for efficient production and assembly.

Responsibilities

• Innovation & Design Leadership : Lead the development of high-quality, groundbreaking fenestration products, exploring new materials, techniques, and design concepts.
• Design for Manufacture : Ensure innovative designs are optimised for efficient production, assembly, and cost-effectiveness, with a strong understanding of PVCu extrusion and tooling requirements.
