Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor - Civils

Our client is seeking a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team. In this role, you will contribute to the successful management of projects, support the expansion of our client base, and identify profitable opportunities. Our client is looking to be a leading competitor in civil engineering, renewables, and road & bridge works, while continuing to strengthen relationships with existing clients in environmental and building projects.

Key Responsibilities :

Commercial Activities :

• Contribute to the construction team for specific contracts.
• Assist in the financial and contractual management of allocated projects.
• Undertake re-measurement of all trades related to each contract.
• Prepare interim applications for payment.
• Value relevant contract variations for inclusion in payment applications.
• Prepare and process supplier and subcontractor payments.
• Support the Site Manager with material orders.
• Draft and manage contractual correspondence in consultation with the Commercial Manager.
• Attend project progress and team meetings as required.
