Job description

Our excellent client in Gloucestershire is looking for an individual with HR experience to join their team on an on ongoing temporary / contract basis. The ideal individual would be able to start at relatively short notice following a successful interview.

A HR related qualification is not essential, however, previous working HR experience will be key for this role, as you will be expected to get stuck straight in, with the support of a Head of HR, plus general team support with administration.

Duties

  • HR administration
  • Employee relations cases.
  • General recruitment and retention support.
  • Equality, diversity and inclusion.
  • Disciplinary and grievance cases.
  • Employee welfare, support and engagement.
  • Learning and development.
  • Policies, procedures and working practices.
  • Communication with external recruitment agencies.

Key Attributes

  • Previous HR experience either at Coordinator or Advisor level.
  • Excellent communicator.
  • Proactive, self-starter.
  • Ability to manage a varied workload.
  • Salary : £35,000 - £40,000 per annum

    Hours : Full time, Monday – Friday based on site.
