The Role

Science Teacher & Head of Year

Deliver high-quality Science lessons and inspire students to achieve their potential

Oversee the pastoral care, behaviour, and academic progress of a year group

Lead and manage a team of Form Tutors to ensure students receive the necessary support

Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to contribute to the school's strategic vision

Organise enrichment activities, school trips, and interventions to support student development

The Ideal Candidate

BA in Science and QTS

Experience as a Science Teacher with a track record of strong student outcomes

Leadership skills with the ability to support both students and staff

Strong communication and organisational skills to manage pastoral responsibilities
