Cat 3 Supervisor - SSE Networks

Contract Scotland are seeking an experienced Site Supervisors for 2 short term projects back to back in Thurso and Lairg.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take responsibility for on-site operations, ensuring the successful delivery of high-profile power projects while maintaining the highest standards of safety, sustainability, environmental impact, and quality.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and coordinate on-site activities to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time while adhering to quality and safety regulations.
• Foster a collaborative working environment with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors.
• Implement Zero Harm initiatives and drive continuous improvement in SHEQ standards.
• Conduct safety briefings and toolbox talks to ensure a safe working environment.
• Monitor progress, address any site issues, and report to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, risk assessments, and method statements.
