Slough, Berkshire

Recruitment Solutions are working with one of the largest global logistics company. Due to workload they are looking for an IT Facilities Admin to join their team on  permanent  basis.

Job summary

  • Temp-to-perm
  • 23,000 per year

About the role

Key Responsibilities :

  • Supporting IT needs internally and externally
  • Communicating with all UK sites IT teams
  • Setting up new colleague IT systems
  • Managing equipment register
  • Managing CCTV network for site
  • Coordinating office and facilities services
  • Managing maintenance of the building and carrying out environmental protecting tasks,
  • Arranging maintenance services
  • Assisting with HR duties
  • Basic accounting duties
  • Any other ad-hoc duties
  • About you

    Candidate Expectations :

  • Confident knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently but can work in a team when required
  • Working Days, Hours and Salary :

  • Monday – Friday
  • 8am – 4 : 30pm (some flexibility required)
