Supporting IT needs internally and externallyCommunicating with all UK sites IT teamsSetting up new colleague IT systemsManaging equipment registerManaging CCTV network for siteCoordinating office and facilities servicesManaging maintenance of the building and carrying out environmental protecting tasks,Arranging maintenance servicesAssisting with HR dutiesBasic accounting dutiesAny other ad-hoc dutiesAbout you
Candidate Expectations :
Confident knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to work independently but can work in a team when requiredWorking Days, Hours and Salary :
Monday – Friday8am – 4 : 30pm (some flexibility required)
