Key Responsibilities :
- Supporting solicitors in handling residential sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
- Preparing and reviewing legal documentation including contracts and title deeds
- Conducting searches, dealing with Land Registry and mortgage lenders
- Assisting with client onboarding, AML checks, and file opening procedures
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other legal professionals
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case files using a case management system
