27 - 30,000 depending on experience plus competitive on-target bonuses

Due to team growth, our client in Huntingdon is looking for an Account Manager to join their lovely, lively sales team.

As part of the sales team, you will work alongside the technical team to manage and develop relationships with new and existing clients.

You will pursue leads from various sources, including lapsed clients, cold calls, and research.

You will develop a strong understanding of the company's services and products so that you become a credible, reliable partner to customers.

Duties will include :

Making outbound calls to customers, with the intention to develop business via varying channelsAccount managing current customer relationshipsLiaising with the technical team to get to know new products and technologiesLearning about the products and technologies to be able to sell to customersCarrying out product demonstrations to customers in the demonstration showroomBeing first point of contact for incoming calls and dealing with sales enquiriesProcessing online and phone orders and paymentsCreating trade accounts on the systemProducing quotations and following upMaintaining customer CRM systemWorking to team targetsAttending trade shows with the sales team when requiredYou will also :

Be an effective team memberBe self-motivated, keen to pick up the phone and make outbound calls.Be able to prioritise your own workload.Have a good telephone manner and a professional approach to face to face interaction with customersStrong verbal and written communicationHave used in-house systems or CRMBe keen and have the ability to pick up technical language, in order to use this in a sales mannerPlease apply to the role here and contact
