Senior Nursery Leader – Horsham – Immediate Start

Your Role

As a  Senior Nursery Leader , you will :

Ensure the safety and welfare of children with strong safeguarding knowledge

Implement the  EYFS curriculum  with a deep understanding of child development

Lead and support  Room Leaders , ensuring high-quality learning environments

Work closely with parents and external partners to help children thrive

Maintain a  positive, creative, and inspiring  atmosphere for children and staff

Be an  excellent communicator  with both children and adults

What We Need From You

Level 3 Early Years Qualification (Full & Relevant)

Minimum 2 years' experience  as a  Third-in-Charge  or  Room Leader

Passion, leadership skills, and a drive to make a difference!

Schedule

Monday to Friday – Full-time

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
