The Opportunity : Elevate Your Legal Career

The firm is looking for a talented Employment Partner to join their thriving practice, located in the heart of London's West End. Here's what you can expect :

Growing Department : You'll collaborate closely with a couple of other highly regarded Employment Partners, as well as the wider litigation and corporate commercial departments, you will lead a team of junior lawyers.

Varied Caseload : You will deal with a varied caseload making for an interesting role, the caseload will include, but not be limited to; contentious and non-contentious work, Settlement agreements, dismissals, restrictive covenants, senior executive, discrimination, disciplinary, restructuring, TUPE and corporate support.

You will work closely with the other partners to drive the departments forward, you will be at the forefront of what is an exciting time at the firm.

Strategic Leadership : You'll have the opportunity to work alongside the firm's partnership to shape and execute strategic plans, contributing to the firm's remarkable growth.

Mentoring and Development : You'll guide and develop the firm's talented junior team, leaving a lasting impact on their professional journey.

Requirements :

• You should be an Employment Solicitor with at least 8 years PQE+
• Demonstrated commercial acumen and entrepreneurial flair for networking and business development
• Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to mentor and develop junior lawyers (preferred, but not essential)
