Commissioning Lead - Facilities Management
Rate : £400 per day – umbrella, Inside IR35
Duration : Until March 2024 (with potential for extension)
Location : Fully Remote (occasional team days on-site)
Hours : Full-time (part-time considered for the right candidate)
We are looking for a seasoned professional who has demonstratable experience delivering contracts on hard and soft services within Facilities Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a comprehensive hard and soft services Facilities Management contract from start to finish
- Oversee and manage the procurement process, ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget
- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager, Sandra, to ensure smooth execution and completion of the project
- Ensure all aspects of commissioning are handled efficiently, from planning to final delivery
