Job description

Kinetic Recruitment are looking to recruit Weighbridge Operative with immediate start to work for a well

established and expanding Agriculture Company based in Ellesmere Port!!

PAY RATE :

  • The hourly rate is at £12 ph.
  • Employees also get a time keeping bonus of £50 a week as long as they aren't late and a shift allowance of £4 a day for the 6am start and £7 a day if finish at 8pm or later.
  • Role starts as a temporary assignment and for the right candidate might end as a permanent position!

WORKING HOURS :

  • Training will take between 4-8 weeks
  • First two weeks hours will be 08 : 00-16 : 00.-Week 3-8 will be 10 : 00-18 : 00.

    • After the initial training the new operator will then shadow on the early and late shift before eventually being put on a three week rotation.

    06 : 00-14 : 0010 : 00-18 : 0011 : 00-19 : 00 the hours can extend to cover until 8pm during peak i.e March, April and May

    JOB ROLE :

  • They candidate will have responsibility of quality checking all loads despatching from site and will have to manage inbound wagons coming into the yard-Attention to detail is key for the position.-The will be joining a team of 3 and will be on a rotating shift pattern once their training is complete.

    • EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :

  • Weighbridge operative position experience-ERP software (Microsoft D365)-Excel-Outlook-Dealing with hauliers and wagon drivers-Banksman training - advantage, training will be provided
