Fabric Porter Operative – NW1, LondonBased on a bespoke education contractStarting Salary : £29,000Monday to Friday | 6 : 00am – 3 : 00pmOpportunities for occasional overtime availableWe’re looking for a reliable and proactive Fabric Porter Operative to join our on-site facilities team in NW1, supporting a unique educational environment.About the role : This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who is physically fit, comfortable with manual tasks, and able to lift and move heavy items as part of daily duties. You’ll help keep the site running smoothly, supporting a variety of maintenance and porter responsibilities.Key duties include :

• Room set-ups and resets
• Event preparation and room changes
• General porter and handyman duties
• Reactive maintenance and basic repairs
• Painting, decorating, light carpentry
• Laying carpet tiles and supporting PPM (planned preventative maintenance)What we offer :
