Hays are working with an established worldwide manufacturing business in the Milton Keynes area who are looking for an experienced Controlling Business Partner to join the team on a fixed-term contract until the end of December 2025.

Your new role

This is a great role for an aplished finance professional and key duties will include but not limited to the following areas.

• Strategic Business Planning : monitoring and evaluating the business plan.
• Annual Planning : Budget processing and planning
• Forecasting : Monthly, Quarterly and Annual forecasting analysis
• Business Performance Reporting : Working with stakeholders including activities associated with short and long term financial and non-financial performance.
• Business Analysis : Analysis of business financial information, presenting back to key stakeholders.
• Management of a small finance team
• Project / Risk management

What you'll need to succeed

This role would suit an experienced finance professional with excellent written and verbalmunication skills, a proven background with analysis and interpretation of finance and non-financial information.
