Relief Front of House Staff Ideal Profile :

Has experience working in customer-facing hospitality environments

Enjoys delivering excellent customer service with a friendly and approachable manner

Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

Able to remain calm and efficient under pressure during busy periods

Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends

Shows a genuine interest in food, drink and local produce
