- BEPs : Help clients transform their operating model, processes, systems, data in preparation for Pillar 2
- Managed Services : Provide compliance services to global clients across a range of tax, accounting, transfer pricing obligations under a managed service arrangement
- Technology : Help clients leverage the right technology, tools and platforms to transform their tax function
- Tax Operating Model : Collaborate with clients to build and operate a leading tax function, managing tax risk, opportunities, reputation and compliance
- Data Management : Support client tax teams to maximise the use of data available in the organisation in order to effectively manage the Tax Function
Data & Technology
We are looking for experienced Tax Transformation Senior Managers with the ability to analyse tax requirements, design tax processes and implement tax technology solutions. You will have experience in one or more of the following areas, Technology Transformation (ERP), General Transformation and Tax Provision Technology.
Role & Responsibilities :
At Senior Manager level you will :
Lead and manage the overall delivery of tax transformation and technology projects, often as part of a wider finance transformation programUnderstand clients priorities and design, build and deploy automation solutions which are designed for TaxSupport clients in designing systems which address tax requirements in different countries in the optimal wayWork together with Tax Transformation and GCT colleagues as well as other teams in KPMG such as ConsultingHelp clients develop robust global governance and control frameworksDevelop our service offerings and service delivery modelsIdentify opportunities to provide additional services that the client may need and liaise with subject specialistsEstablish and maintain strong client relationships with our clientsHave excellent interpersonal skills with strong oral and written communication skillsTake personal responsibility and accountability for own work, sustain high levels of drive and enthusiasmPerformance manage managers and assistant managers and oversee the output from offshore resource in order to deliver client projects;Ensure projects are appropriately resourced and utilised efficientlyDevelop the team technically, providing stretching opportunities and giving regular feedbackCoach and support for other team membersFollow KPMG best practice and policyKnowledge & Experience :

ERP Transformation
