We have a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment & HR Administrator join our busy and friendly Care in the Home Division. For this role you will need to be a people person and be happy to work in a fast paced, ever changing but totally rewarding environment that is the Care Sector.

Based in our hub in St Asaph you will be supporting the recruitment process through liaison with the Central Talent Acquisition, Onboarding & Training teams with the purpose of ensuring all candidates have the best possible experience in line with the ACG Joiner Journey.

What you'll be working :
- 37.5 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- Occasional travel for meetings and / or recruitment events
What you'll be doing :
Provide administrative support to the recruitment process for the hub, ensuring processes are properly and fairly conducted in accordance with the agreed practice set out in ACG's Safer Recruitment PolicyBe the point of contact for the central teams and take responsibility for updating the Registered Manager on recruitment activityLiaise with the Central Onboarding team to ensure offers are sent out and responsible for keeping in contact with candidates during the onboarding process, including chasing references, to improve the speed of complianceBook new colleagues onto the branch induction programme and ensure that they receive joining information in good timeMonitor training compliance, ensuring colleagues are booked onto training in a timely manner and that they attend. Providing support to colleagues on Active Learning HubAssist in the monitoring and maintenance of all documentation relating to colleague holidays, sickness, and absence. Provide regular information to Registered Manager and other relevant line managers on colleague sickness, in accordance with Company PolicyMaintain their own training compliance with and ensure they are up to date with regulatory standardsWhat you'll have :
Experience within Recruitment and / or HRExcellent organisational and time management skillAdaptable and flexible approach to tasksComputer literate with good Microsoft Word knowledgeIndependent, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal direct supervisionAmbitious person, who is driven and determined to achieve objectivesAn ability to listen, learn and act to problem solve, influence and questionSuccessful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBSWe also want to ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable facilities to participate in job applications or interviews to perform essential job functions.
