Part time - Credit Controller

We are working with an excellent wholesale company based in Whitefield who are looking for a part time Credit Controller to join them on a part time, permanent basis. This role will be working approx 20 hours per week, but are flexible with working days / hours etc.

This company are a medium sized turnover company, and will report into the finance manager.

Duties include :

• Chasing overdue invoices
• Raising sales credit notes
• Allocating payments on the in house accounting package
• Handling queries relating to the ledger / credit control
• Adding new customers onto the system
• Performing credit checks on new customers
• Reporting any debtor issues to the finance manager
• Applying for credit insurance
• Bank reconciliations (multi-currency)
• Month end reconciliations
• Other adhoc duties
