Cogs & Marvel is a creatively led experiential agency with a global footprint. Women-founded and owned in Ireland, it grew and expanded to the UK and the US through servicing large tech brands like Google and Meta. The agency leads with strategic creative thinking to deliver exceptional events and experiences on behalf of clients all over the world. These take the form of conferences, exhibitions, consumer activations, sponsorship activity, launches and more. Cogs & Marvel's work is broadly divided into three skill sets, based on relationship management, creative output and project delivery.
The Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting the account team with their day-to-day needs as it relates to project plans, production elements, scheduling, budgeting, and client expectation. They will assist by coordinating and monitoring one or more projects and by serving as an extension of the project lead.
