Electrical Maintenance Engineer Liverpool Street, City of London £47,000Our client is one the largest growing Building Service Providers in the UK, expanding at a rapid pace, and are now looking to expand their team by bringing on an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their team on a flagship site in Liverpool Street. You will be working on a high end commercial property, ensuring all PPM and Reactive maintenance is carried out, ensuring statutory compliance is adhered to and represent the company in a positive manner. This is a static role, following a fixed pattern of Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pmTo be successful in this role, you will need to be fully qualified in Electrical Installations (City and Guilds / NVQ or equivalent), at least 3 years experience in commercial maintenance, a client facing attitude and the motivation to progress further internally within the company.Duties : PPMs & Reactive maintenance Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on / off load tests), UPS, LV / HV switching, Shutdowns, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, CRAC units, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps BMS Operation Organising subcontractors Quotations  Health & Safety Logbooks Risk assessments Permits to work Requirements : Fully qualified in Electrical Installations (City and Guilds / NVQ or equivalent)  At least 3 years experience in commercial maintenance  Polite and personable  Apprentice trained - Desirable, not essential  Salary and Benefits : £45,000 - £47,000 per annum  Company pension scheme  Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm  25 Days annual leave + Bank holidays  Overtime readily available  Great opportunity to progress internally Additional training
