Residential Officer x 2 positions
Permanent / Term Time only plus 4 weeks - 0.2 post 8 hours across 2 evenings followed by 2 overnights per week

Based at St Albans Campus
Key Duties
Residential officers and wardens are required to positively engage with residential students and deliver enrichment activities. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated staff to promote positive behaviours and support student transition into independent living.
The role involves staying overnight in the unit, and staff will be provided with a private ensuite room for the duration of the shift.
Required Skills :
- Substantial experience of providing enrichment activities working with a diverse range of young people particularly those in the 16-19 age range
- An active interest in sporting or enrichment activities
- Experience of delivering workshops and organising activities
- Ability to drive a minibus (after training) )
