Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to management, including updating customer records and maintaining the internal CRM system.
- Assist the Marketing team with a range of tasks and activities as required.
- Proofread and refine email copy, marketing materials, and other content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Track marketing campaign performance and evaluate effectiveness.
- Work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to produce marketing materials, including brochures, adverts, and other promotional assets.
- Develop engaging content to support marketing initiatives across emails, paid campaigns, landing pages, blog articles, and social media.
- Craft persuasive copy that clearly communicates key messages and connects with the target audience.
- Monitor marketing performance, measure return on investment (ROI), and produce regular reports for management.
