SENIOR MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Monday – Friday 8 : 00am – 17 : 00pm

Here at  MJ Quinn , we currently have an exciting new opportunity for a  Senior Maintenance Manager  to join the business. This position will be based in the Merseyside area.

As The Senior Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for planned to schedule creation and overseeing the adherence and timely completion of work carried out. Increase the sites operational effectiveness, improve on project delivery, manage and implement improvement plans, driving key performance indicators (KPI’s) ensuring that Health & Safety and Environment requirements are adhered to. Manage the team on technical best practice and establish standard policies and procedures whilst also mentoring and leading the department.

Responsibilities :

• Contribute to new business initiatives and projects and review and communicate the impact on Maintenance activities.
• Audit and ensure compliance of the engineering data systems.
• Attend various conference meetings with clients.
• Identify business improvement opportunities within the organisation.
• Stay current and up to date on any changes that may affect the demand of our clients.
• Ensure KPIs are met by working to the plan, including management of, and reporting.
