Claims & Customer Service Manager – Mansfield – £32,000 - £36,000 Chase & Holland are delighted to be exclusively recruiting for a fantastic family run business in Mansfield. We’re looking for a Customer Service Manager to join on a full-time permanent basis. You will primarily be responsible for leading the Claims teams and processes. In Return You’ll Receive : 25 days holiday plus BH increasing with serviceFree on-site parkingPensionClaims & Customer Service Manager Responsibilities : Overseeing the work of the claims administration teamEstablishing performance benchmarks and monitor operational KPIs to drive continuous improvement Accurately compiling individual customer inventory lists in a timely mannerEnsuring compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policiesLeading, mentoring, training and developing a high-performing teamDeveloping and managing a seamless claims experience for customers, focusing on speed, transparency, and customer satisfactionManaging internal and external stakeholder relationshipsAnalysing work instructions to identify trends and opportunities for process improvementProviding the SLT with regular reportsProcessing of individual job costs and schedulesDeveloping and managing the claims team to ensure the accurate and timely update of the WIP (work in progress) spreadsheetIdentifying opportunities to reduce operational costs whilst maintain high quality serviceManagement of customer complaints, ensuring all issues are logged, tracked, and resolved efficiently, gathering facts and information, with proposals for suitable resolutions, maintain detailed recordsContinuously seek and implement innovative approaches to improve the customer experiencePromoting a positive culture with team members Required Skills & Experience : Proven leadership experience within an empathetic and professional mannerAdaptable to support across the wider businessAble to perform in a fast-paced environmentConfident handling sensitive and confidential informationExcellent customer service skillsExcellent problem-solving skills If you are interested in finding out about this exciting Claims & Customer Service Manager opportunity, please click ‘apply now’.
