Specialist Machinist - Permanent Full Time

Location – Based in Our Renfrew or Tipton Facilities with Specialist machining delivered through our Customers UK sites

The Asset Management function within Altrad Babcock is a highly specialised engineering service and equipment provider supporting our customers to minimise cost, maximise return and mitigate risk through their asset’s integrity lifecycle.

The Operations function within our Asset Management business sector provides technical support across a wide range of projects and a diverse customer base. We currently have requirements for several Technicians to join our mission of delivering certified Asset Management service, consultancy, and integrated projects, across the global low carbon energy and infrastructure markets.

You will provide technical support in the field of Specialist Machining to support the continued growth and development of our Valve Refurbishment and Cross Fleet Tube Plugging and On-Site Machining products assisting with the upkeep and maintenance of department bespoke equipment.

As our new Technician, you will have the ability to fully participate as a supporting member of project team(s) in meeting time, working to cost and timescale targets on all projects thus fully satisfying the client’s valid requirements. You will support in the identification and...
