If you’re practical, proactive, and take pride in your work, we’d love to hear from you.The RoleWe’re looking for a dependable Maintenance Technician to support our fit-out projects. You’ll handle general maintenance, repairs, and installations across client sites—no two days will be the same.Key Responsibilities

• Basic carpentry (e.g. assembling furniture, installing shelves)
• General repairs (e.g. fixing door handles, patching walls, unblocking drains)
• Light painting, decorating, plumbing, and electrical work
• Safe moving and handling of materials
• Assisting with furniture and equipment installations
• Keeping work areas clean and following health & safety rules
• Reporting issues to the Project Manager
• Helping with site setup and breakdown when neededWhat You’ll Need
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Valid CSCS card
• Maintenance experience in a similar role
• Confidence using tools and working safely
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Strong attention to detail and reliabilityNice to Have (But Not Essential)
• Experience in office fit-outs
• Basic plumbing or electrical knowledge
• Painting and decorating experience
• First Aid certification
