Up to £42,073DescriptionWe have an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and driven Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our client, who are committed to providing exceptional care for men and women with mental illness and personality disorders.Within a 96-bedded forensic hospital offering medium, low, and open rehabilitation settings. We are looking for someone passionate about making a real difference in the lives of our patients.Key responsibilities : Provide excellent care to patients with mental health needs.Deliver patient-centred care in a 24-hour setting.Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team.Administer medication and monitor patient progress.Support patient recovery through evidence-based practices.Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.Participate in professional development and training.Requirements : Relevant nursing qualification and NMC registration.Experience in mental health nursing or related fields.Flexibility in working various shifts (including weekends, nights).Commitment to patient-centred care and evidence-based practice.Strong team-working and communication skills.Drive for continuous personal and professional development.Ability to work under pressure in a demanding environmentWhat can Athona offer you?Experts in the Healthcare sector
