Are you a Technical Service Delivery Manager looking for an impactful role? You could be progressing your career at a global travel brand.
As a Technical Service Delivery Manager you'll be responsible for setting up the IT Service Delivery function from scratch, operating across all aspects of Service Delivery to ensure the seamless delivery of high quality IT services. You'll oversee shared services, managing relationships with 3
party vendors and act as a conduit between internal stakeholders and internal services, defining and ensuring that SLAs are met and monitoring system performance.
You'll have an impactful role and seek to drive continuous improvement, collaborating with stakeholders across the business to communicate and influence change.
Location / WFH :
There's a hybrid work from home model with three days in the office based near Heathrow (parking available), with onsite restaurant.
