Lab Technician

• Monitoring and optimising processes to maximise production.
• Conducting sampling, testing, and data analysis to maintain quality standards.
• Record results and effectively communicate findings to operations colleagues.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and enhance operations.
• Maintaining health and safety protocols while driving continuous improvement.The successful candidate will : -
• Have a strong foundation in Maths, Physics, and English or similar.
• Have hands-on laboratory experience and technical expertise, gained within a food processing environment.
• Excellent organisational skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• Confidence with data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Office.What's on offer : -
